The Bank of America has leased 365,000 square feet of space at the InfoMart, just west of downtown Dallas, Texas. The Bank plans on utilizing this space for both Operations (Tier 2) and Administrative functions. The InfoMart was originally constructed in the mid 1980’s for the purpose providing lease space to tenants in need of a robust facility suitable for mission critical functions.
The installation of the new mechanical equipment including some 3,900ft.of 16” welded carbine steel pipe along with an additional 6,200ft.of smaller bore (6”–14”) welded schedule 40 steel pipe were successfully installed above ceilings and within existing chases, all the while maintaining full uninterrupted operation of the building and its occupants 24/7 data center operations.
New Data Center with Three 750 ton chillers with 20 Liebert down flow CRAC units Dual fed interior chilled water loop. We installed the fuel oil piping for the generator, including 2 big underground fuel tanks.
Project was a $1.5Million project which involved construction of a new 10,000 square foot data center and to replace two Chillers and two Liebert Units totaling 30 tons.
Project was a $1.2 million, two phase project which involved construction of a new 20,000 square foot data center to replace UTSW’s existing data center and allow for expansion of its capabilities. The primary air systems consisted of: Fourteen 30 ton air cooled CRAC units (7 new and 7 existing) serving the main Data Center floor.b Two 40 ton split system air handling units provided air for the UPS/power distribution rooms. Two more 20 ton roof top units served general office areas.
