Dallas County Community College relocated their main office to the old Sears building downtown.  This was a complete renovation project with all the challenges of installing a complete HVAC system in a existing building that was not originally designed for this.  This is a 3 story building with a basement.  All areas have been completely finished out with office environment.  This building is served by two new Air Cooled Chillers (160 tons) along with a central plant housing the pumps and Air Handlers.  There was also mechanical rooms distributed through-out the building which also housed several other Air Handling Units.
